Cubs

Cubs are boys and girls aged 9 to 11 years of age, roughly 3rd to 5th class. We have two Cub packs in Ballyroan, one meets on Mondays evenings and the other on Wednesdays.

During our weekly meetings we play games and we do a variety of different Scouting activities and then at the weekends we are often found making rope ladders, pitching tents, summiting mountains, first aiding patients, cooking dinners and serving our community among others.  These activities are spread out over a number of hikes, camps and hostels thoughout our  yearly programme.
